By using any SO VIE product, including wristlets, crossbody straps, phone cases, charms or hardware, and all other accessories sold, you acknowledge and accept the following:

SO VIE is not liable for any damage to your phone, screen or personal belongings while using our products. All accessories are to be used at your own discretion and risk. Our pieces are decorative enhancements, not protective gear.

Our wristlets and straps are best used with SO VIE phone cases and hook patches. Using third-party cases or attachments may affect performance or security. Always test your setup before regular use.

SO VIE accessories are made with high-quality faux pearls, plated metals (zinc alloy), stainless steel wire and vegan leather. These materials are not water-resistant and may naturally wear or lose color over time, especially with exposure to water, oils, sweat, friction or chemicals like perfumes or lotions. This natural wear is not considered a defect but a result of the material's aging process.

To care for your SO VIE pieces, avoid exposure to moisture and chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
