Shipping

All orders ship from Oregon, USA. We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.95 for all U.S. orders via USPS Ground.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping takes up to 5 business days after dispatch. 

If you choose express shipping at checkout, your order will be prioritized and shipped accordingly.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. Canada and Europe coming soon. Please contact us regarding a special International delivery.

We do ship to PO boxes and military addresses via USPS.

 

Returns & Customer Support

At SO VIE, every piece is quality-checked before it leaves our hands. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right. We’re happy to offer a replacement or store credit when needed.
