SO VIE accessories are designed to bring beauty, function and ease to your everyday life. By using any SO VIE product, you acknowledge and accept the following:

General Use & Liability

SO VIE products are decorative and functional accessories. They are not designed to protect, waterproof, or prevent damage to phones, watches, or any other electronic devices used with them, and SO VIE is not liable for any resulting device damage. Our products are also not medical or protective equipment. Any sensitivity, irritation, or reaction to materials used in our products (including metals, faux leather, or other components) is the customer's responsibility to assess prior to use; if you have known sensitivities or allergies, please review product materials before purchasing. All accessories are used at your own discretion and risk.

Fashion Accessories

(phone cases, wristlets, crossbody straps, bags, charms, hardware): These items are not water-resistant. Best used as designed and, where applicable, with compatible SO VIE components. Using third-party attachments may affect performance or security. Always test your setup before regular use.

Electronic-Adjacent Accessories

(watch bands and similar items): Watch band materials vary by style and are listed on each individual product page. Regardless of material, our watch bands are not water-resistant and are not intended for swimming, showering, prolonged submersion, or exposure to chlorine, saltwater, hot springs, or mineral-rich water. Such exposure can cause discoloration, corrosion, or other damage depending on the material, and we are not responsible for damage resulting from it. Stainless steel components are corrosion-resistant under normal everyday conditions such as rain, sweat, and incidental splashing, but are not immune to damage from the exposures listed above. Unless explicitly stated in the product description, watch bands are not water-resistant or shock-resistant, and SO VIE is not responsible for water damage, scratches, or malfunction to the watch device itself. Please ensure your band is securely attached before wear.

Materials & Natural Wear

Materials vary by product and are listed on each individual product page. Across our product range, materials are not guaranteed to be water-resistant and may naturally wear, fade, or lose color over time, especially with exposure to water, oils, sweat, friction, or chemicals such as perfumes or lotions. This natural wear is a result of the material's aging process, is not considered a defect, and is not eligible for warranty coverage. Manufacturing defects are covered under our 6-month warranty (see Shipping & Returns).

Product colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings and lighting; this is not considered a defect.

Care Instructions

To care for your SO VIE pieces, avoid exposure to moisture and chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Safety Notice

SO VIE products may contain small parts and are not intended for small children or pets. Keep all accessories out of reach. We are not responsible for any injury or misuse resulting from improper handling.
