Shipping
All orders ship from Oregon, USA. We offer a flat shipping rate for all U.S. orders via USPS Ground unless there is a discount code or an order minimimum requirement met.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping takes up to 5 business days after dispatch.
If you choose express shipping at checkout, your order will be prioritized and shipped accordingly.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Canada and Europe coming soon. Please contact us regarding a special International delivery.
We do ship to PO boxes and military addresses via USPS.
Returns & Customer Support
Every SO VIE piece is quality-checked. Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. We provide a prepaid USPS label for $5.50 (deducted from your refund or paid for exchanges). Items must be unused in original packaging; personalized/clearance are final sale. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Case size swap? Use the same $5.50 label, we’ll send the correct model once the original is in the mail.
If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right. We’re happy to offer a replacement or store credit when needed.
