Shipping

All orders ship from Oregon, USA. We offer a flat shipping rate for all U.S. orders via USPS Ground unless a discount code or order minimum requirement applies.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping takes up to 5 business days after dispatch. If you choose express shipping at checkout, your order will be prioritized and shipped accordingly. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. Canada and Europe coming soon, please contact us regarding a special international delivery. We do ship to PO boxes and military addresses via USPS.

Returns & Exchanges

Every SO VIE piece is quality-checked before it ships. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Personalized and clearance items are final sale.

Choose a refund, exchange, or store credit, whichever works best for you. A $6 return shipping fee applies per return, deducted from your refund or credit balance. For exchanges with no refund or credit balance to deduct from, we'll follow up with payment instructions before your label is sent.

Sizing errors:

Ordered the wrong size or model at the time of purchase? Once we receive and inspect your original item, we'll ship the correct size at no additional cost. This does not apply to exchanges due to upgrading to a new phone after purchase.

How to start a return or exchange:

Log in at sovie.us/account using your order email, no password needed, we'll send a one-time code. Select your order, choose the item, pick your reason, and submit. We'll review your request within 1-2 business days and send next steps, including your prepaid return label once approved.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or store credit within 2–3 business days. Allow additional time for funds to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We'll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, your choice.

Shipping Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us and we'll help track it down and file a carrier claim if needed.

Warranty

SO VIE accessories are covered against manufacturing defects for 6 months from delivery. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from drops, water, or improper care. See our Policies & Disclaimers page for material care details and what's considered normal wear.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to local taxes and import fees upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer.
